Steve holds a raft of entrepreneurial awards including European Entrepreneur of the Year 2008. He now splits his time between sitting on the innovation board at Comic Relief and investing in interesting young businesses.Known for - Quirky kilt collection, piloting skills, vodka luges and inappropriate interview questions.
Lyndsay Menzies


Lyndsay was most recently CEO of bigmouthmedia, now part of Publicis. Credited with the operational excellence at the agency for 13 years, she was an integral part of its phenomenal growth. Winner of numerous awards, Lyndsay has led some of the largest global campaigns for brands such as IKEA and British Airways.Known for - Delegation skills, online shopping addiction and love of hot cross buns.
Robin Richmond

Managing Director

Working in digital for over ten years, Robin was the driving force behind account management in bigmouthmedia where he rose to the position of Global Director of Media following the merger with LBi. An expert in integrated marketing he has specialised in Travel and Gaming with clients such as British Airways, Hilton and Betfair.Known for - card sharp, trainer collector, proposition bets and excessive amount of airmiles.
Pam Reichhartinger-Lawlor

Client Services Director

Pam has over 8 years' digital marketing experience working with a wide variety of brands including Boots, British Airways and the BBC. Originally an expert in search engine optimisation, Pam has become a true pioneer of cross digital strategy where she helps brand seamlessly merge off and online marking strategies.Known for - relating every conversation back to her home country Austria, baking and blogging.
